That wouold be the mid – seventies we had last week!

But that’s nothing new for Texas weather, enjoyed it while it lasted!

Wise County was hit with a winter ice storm that shut down the whole area for a day.

and it was different than every day routine, and that always makes for some great photo ops.

I was accompanied by a video guy this year as we were covering accidents and breaking news as well as the  ice in general. So along with shooting video, Andrew was also a model in the snow, he just didn’t know it. Snow always has a way of cleaning up your background, and giving everything a clean white look. Not to get off on a tangent, but as the Rolling Stones said ” paint it black” the snow does it with white.

You can always tell how dedicated someone is by the way that the weather affects them! Drew Morgan did  not even let it slow him down. (Skateboarding is my life dude!)

Yes, it froze again. Next week it’ll be warm enough to take a bath in, I love Texas weather.
