Texas Vision is a new type of photography adventure with an old West twist. During this 6 day, all-inclusive workshop, Joe Duty will take you behind the scenes for a Western culture photographic expedition. This unique photography workshop is designed for any photographer interested in improving their skills or just shooting something different than what any other photography workshop is offering. Photo 101 Class
February 13- March 6, 2019
Photo 101 Class covers the basics of photography from lighting to camera settings. You will learn how to shoot on manual and bring your images to life. You will learn how the camera see’s and make it see how you want it to by using ISO, Shutter Speed and Aperture appropriately for a given situation. Class takes place each Wednesday evening for 4 weeks. There is also a field trip included to put to use all the skills you have learned.
Photo 101 – Texas Style
February 1-3, 2019 – $300
This class will teach you how ISO, aperture and shutter speed work together to create amazing images while shooting the exciting sport of rodeo. NRS Ranch Event Center and Guest Ranch is our host for this workshop. Class assignments will revolve around shooting lifestyle photos around the ranch and the Little Britches Rodeo competition that will be going on throughout the weekend. Class starts at 1P.M on Friday – 12:00 noon on Sunday.

Photo 102 Class
Next Class Beginning October 15, 2019
Photo 102 is an intermediate class offered to students with an understanding of basic camera skills. The class covers use of flash, both on and off camera, time exposures at night, HDR Photography, Portrait Lighting and Modeling, beginning studio, and advanced lessons on seeing creatively. The class runs for four consecutive Wednesdays from 6-9 pm , plus a Sunday field trip.
Saturday, April 6, 2019 – 9am-5pm Cost: $149.00
This class will teach you how to begin correcting and perfecting your images using Adobe Lightroom. It will cover how to set up catalogs and import into Lightroom. Next we will show you how to use some of the basic and advanced tools and set up presets. Finally you will learn how easy it is to export photos for whatever format you need your images.
