This still remains one of my all time favorite rodeo shots, even though a few years back.

Contemplating the reason, ( certainly something that’s been done before) I think it’s the combination of the intensity of the connection between man and beast. The other is the angle, this comes from days when I was faster, and shot from the arena at a low angle to increase the feeling that the viewer is there. I take my hat off to these guys, it only took one bullbashing for me to find a safer angle!
