Little chunks of gold!

December 9, 2008

Have always enjoyed shooting events. I can only relate it to looking for the money egg at a Easter Bash! I generally always try to find something different, out of the way, or just plain unusual. Now these generally don’t run in the paper, but they create exercise for the eye and mind. Such was the case with the Wise County Toy run this year.

It’s amazing what a 400mm lens can do for compression!

Jaden Hensley gets a eye full  as he tries to figure out if it’s Halloween or Christmas!

Not sure who won the cool hat contest! Could be Robert Leatherwood of German, Texas or Billy Priest of Cleburne, Texas. One thing’s for sure there was many unique individuals as there were moments,  and for  a event photographer, you don’t get much better.

Joe,

I think Robert Leatherwood of German, Texas is really from Jermyn, Texas over in Jack County. Easy mistake to make and I only know the difference from having court in Jack County. Thought you would like to know.

Great pics!

Jeff
