Being an avid lover of swimming photography  and Decatur high school having a first year swim team, I’m excited about the start of the swim season Tuesday in Keller, (photo bonus) might well be one of the best lit and finest facilities in Texas.

Having shot the aquaracers and Northwest high school swimming team for several years, I’ve had the opportunity to cover quite a few swim meets.Not quite sure why I enjoying shooting swimming so much,

I think it’s something about the abstractness of the water movement,

It could be the way  the light dances through the water, it could be  the great  faces, or the human emotion factor, but for whatever reason, swimming photography can be one of the most challenging and rewarding sports that I get to shoot.
