Amazing time this weekend at the Henderson County First Responders Rodeo in Athens, Texas. We basically shot this rodeo in the beginning to use as one of lisa’s card rodeo but became much more in the end. The committee was super accommodating and helpful as far as getting us there and helping with any Problems. The arena was darker than what we would usually have for available light, so begin setting up lights. I feel like I always learn something at each rodeo, at least thats the goal. This one was all about light experimentation of crossing paths of the lights that were set up in order to reduce number of lights used. By doing this I used four Profoto acuteB 600 watt lights to light entire arena for all events with two light set up on full power and two on half power. Lisa shot with Three Neewer 600 watt Battery powered lights with similar results.
