Our 2020 Texas photography workshop was a huge success. The only critique we had by a few students was that we crammed to much into five days, I’ll take that as a win.

We have set most of itinerary for 2022 class.

1st night, Chuckwagon Dinner and sunset photo shoot at NRS in Decatur, Texas.

Thursday morning Sunrise photo shoot and Chuckwagon breakfast.

Thursday afternoon: Pro Cowboy shoot with NFR qualifying contestant Clint Cooper, His wife, Amber Cooper and kids at Cooper Ranch in Decatur, Texas. we will also be shooting tie-down roping with Clint for low light action photography.

Friday: we will be visiting Nine Bar ranch in Decatur, Texas, a working cowboy ranch. We will be photographing Roping Branding and have a cowboy portrait session after lunch at the ranch Cantina. We will also take part in a old-fashion cattle drive moving cattle to a different pasture.

Saturday after lunch: Stockyards exchange for cattle drive and Cowtown Coliseum for Saturday night rodeo.

Sunday morning will be cattle herding with Jason Terrell and his hang’in tree cattle dogs.

Some times may change due to things beyond our control.

Western Lifestyle and Rodeo favorites

Book will be created from all class favorites with a prize going to the winner of the cover. each student will receive a hard cover book 60-90 days after class
