Tractor girl

Kelsie Fincher is one of the lucky ones, she found out exactly what she wanted to do in life at a very early age.

This is the latest in the Simply people series, a series on a group of people in Wise County we started a year ago at the Messenger.

I wanted to become more in tune with the "new media age" when I started this series, by working with the subjects I already knew and sharing their character. I think this is the best thus far considering storyline, the use of video and stills together. The audio still needs work, that's next!

That's my girl!! Kelsey Fincher was just the "guinea pig" on the All Girls Team that won the national title in 2007. She did all of the dirty work, and now look at her, she is living out this accomplishment by getting into a career that she will be doing just that. I am VERY proud of not only the young lady that she has become, but the role model she is setting for females across the world. She is making the statement that "girls can do anything guys can do," and proving that women can succeed in a male dominated industry. Kelsey and I have become the best of friends through this experience and I am glad to say that I have seen her grow!! Congrats Kels and you will go far in life I can assure you!!!

Love Always,
Ishley Elmore

P.S.
