Bright lights, big winners

Back in the land of Bling where it's blackjack for breakfast and desire for dinner, Viva Las Vegas! It's the place where days and nights all run into one and most of the people arrive with hope in their heart, and leave with chin on ground, but thats on the luck of the tables. National finals rodeo 2010 is half way over and my job is to cover a different type of a gamble, Cowboys come from all over the World to bet on their abilitys in the Cowboy world.

Wise County has been well represented this year with all the Cooper boys winning a gold buckle each in the tie-down roping and Trevor Brazile winning a gold in both tie-down and team roping, after clinching his eighth all-around cowboy title.

I still haven't quite figured out why Vegas of all places, I mean most of these guys come from a life of simplicity and a solid work ethic to a land of dreams and get rich quick, from a dirt arena to a concrete jungle, what a contrast. It doesn't really seem to bother these guys though, they just go with the flow and do their thing. I guess the part that does make sense is the fact that Vegas is a land of shows and the NFR finals is one of the best in town for ten Days.

For all NFR action
