Just another face?

I think not.

The first thing I look for when I go traveling or to a new place is the faces or the characters that define that part of the world. Don't quite know when it was, but at some point I forgot they surround me in my own place. Such is the case with Don " ol Wille " Perkins. Like a lot of the characters that you see a lot on a regular basis, you begin to overlook the ones that stand out.

On theDecatur Main street square the other night for a little thing called " National Night Out, " I saw Don look toward the sun from a distance, so I moved in. This is not much more than a snapshot of a cool character with a great face in beautiful natural light. Mater of fact, the only main two decisions to make here is wich angle to shoot from and what depth-of-feild you want, but like so many of my favorites, simple and close to home.
