Happy accident

Every now and then a blind hog finds a acorn. 

Recently have been working on a long term project about a ministry in Wise County that does thing a little different. At one of their revivals, hands just kept flying up everywhere, went into abstract mode but couldn't find the right background to put behind them. Kept noticing little slivers of dirty light wandering in the frame, so went with the flow, removed lens hood cranked open aperture and fired away.

The result was a shot I fell in love with, It was almost as the hands where reaching to the heavens under a halo of light.
