A Dog Pounding! The one that didn't!

With the opening of the new animal shelter in Wise County, Fred was the first to get acquainted with the new facility. Not quite sure how I felt about the whole situation, looking at Fred through the bars, but I settled  on the thought that Fred was better off there than running the road, and possibly getting run over.  The accommodations were phenomenal, clean, state-of-the-art technology, and here Fred has a chance to be adopted.

Now the one that didn't run for obvious reasons, Dusty the drug dog was first on the scene to check out the new facility,and gives his input on the situation.
