Make abstractions!
The D3 just keeps blowing me away with it's low noise, high contrast abilities at high ISO's. Took an old friend out of retirement the other day, 135 F2 defocus. Initially used as a portrait lens on the F4 and F5 now comes back into play with a full frame sensor, of course no one says that you have to shoot portraits with it, after all f2 and no defocus makes a pretty nice available light lens.
I don't whine about the little doughnut hole bonus either!
