A Futuristic Wise!

Was working on panning shots the other day with a friend , with a new camera who was interested in motion, and the stopping there of. After stopping the action for a while it got kind of boring, so we started working on motion blur.now the whole idea of a motion blur is to have one part in focus and everything else a blur, to separate your subject from your background, so in a way, this breaks all the rules, but worked in a weird abstract way. Think what makes it work, is that you can identify exactly what it is and pretty much where it's at.
