Looks like hes loitering to me.
Joe, I can still remember back when I was in a photojournalism class and I had this really good instructor that basically taught me the same thing, you can take the dumbest, most blah-est photo and find some red to put in it and look at it now!! This image would'nt be near as exciting if the leaves were green or if the branches were bare, now would it??
